The Barcelona & Catalonia Startup Hub identifies over high growth potential 1.000 Catalan startups
Catalonia Trade & Investment has identified over 1,000 startups with ambition and global vision and has created the Barcelona & Catalonia Startup Hub to show the wide variety of investment opportunities in startups. Last November 30th, the hub was presented.
Barcelona has over 1,200 startups with this growth being down to various factors such as local talent, infrastructures, public and private support programmes and services, successful entrepreneurs, incubators and accelerators, and the presence of internationally renowned trade fairs such as the Mobile World Congress, 4YFN, Smart City Expo, IOT and Barcelona Games World.
Do you know that Catalonia accounts for 71.2% of international venture capital attracted in Spain? And that 85% of the volume invested in venture capital in Catalonia comes from international funds? If you are an investor discover the latest funding operations in Catalan startups and find your startup in the new Barcelona & Catalonia Startup Hub.
We are the growth partner for Catalan startups, with three main objectives: connect startups to the ecosystem, professionalise their teams and strengthen their business models.
